MOROCCAN RAS EL HANOUT OR PERSIAN BAHARAT - EXTRA RECIPE

In a Mortar and Pestle grind to a paste 2 cloves of garlic with salt. Add 3 tblsp Red Hill Spice Girls Blend, Lemon juice and Olive oil to make a paste.

Use to marinade a roast or skewered or filleted meat for the BBQ. We recommend Moroccan Ras el Hanout for red or white meat and Persian Baharat for red meat.
